With over 10 years of experience in overseas mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment management, Sun Dongmei has led several significant overseas investment and M&A projects, including Arlex and Midwest in Italy, as well as domestic projects such as Dongjiang Hospital. She possesses extensive expertise in overseas project M&A, equity investments, post-investment management, risk management, IPO operations, and enhancing overall corporate management capabilities.

Previously, she worked at institutions such as Sinosteel International Holdings Co., Ltd. and Beijing Puxiang Hospital Investment Management Co., Ltd. She also served as a managing partner at Qingdao Shaohai Jinxiang Investment Management Co., Ltd.

Ms. Sun holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Management from Peking University.
