Mr. Yu WANG, a co-founder of the Heracles Group, currently serves as GM of the holding company, sits on the BoD of Mili Digital Technology and BoS of Kuangxiansheng, both member companies of Heracles. Prior to Heracles, Mr. Wang served as a director of the CASIC Fund Management Company, sit on the Investment Committee of the CASIC Military-Civilian Integration Venture Capital Fund. Mr. Wang judges both academically and professionally as an expert member of both the National Science & Technology Assessment Center and Beijing Municipal Commission of Science & Technology. With years of experience in equity investment and assets management, Mr. Wang is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of several investment funds that boast successful portfolio companies yielding high returns through IPOs, including but not limited to, Modern Media, PIESAT Information Technology and Thinkon Semiconductor.

Mr. Wang has a BA in History and a MS in Communication at Peking University in China and a 2nd MS in Media Management at Northeastern University in the USA.
