Focusing on Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Upgrading

With nearly 10 years of experience in finance, Chen Bin possesses extensive expertise in equity investments and collaborating with government investment platforms. He has partnered with local governments to establish the Chongqing Environmental Protection Equity Investment Fund and the Ma'anshan Green Industry Equity Investment Fund. Chen has led investments in pre-IPO projects such as Longteng Film, Baixing.com, Boguang Thermal Energy, and Chenhua Energy. He has also overseen targeted additional issuances for listed companies like Beifang Chuangye, Jilin Chemical Fiber, and Zaisheng Technology. Additionally, he has participated in significant asset restructurings and mergers and acquisitions projects, including Youjiu Games and Huazi Industry.

Previously, Chen served as the Deputy General Manager and Head of the Chongqing Business Team at Beijing Tulip Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and as a Managing Partner at Qingdao Shaohai Jinxiang Investment Management Co., Ltd.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management and a Law degree from Peking University, as well as a Minor degree in Economics from the Peking University China Center for Economic Research.
