Possessing extensive investment management experience, Huang Yu has been involved in numerous projects covering investment, mergers and acquisitions, and IPO operations, including those of Shaanxi Jinshi Energy, Hainan Huanglong Pharmaceutical, Beijing Nengtong Technology, Chengdu Huoan, Yimai Sunshine Medical Imaging, and Shandong Xinhesheng Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. He boasts rich practical experience in equity investment, project mergers and acquisitions, post-investment management, and enhancing comprehensive enterprise operation and management capabilities.

Previously, he worked at institutions such as Sinopec Intl., Sinopec USA, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China. He also served as the General Manager of Zhongbaoyu Investment Company and the Executive Partner of Jiaxing Tiantuo Investment.

Huang Yu graduated from Dalian University of Technology with dual bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Technological English and holds an MBA from California State University, San Jose.
